Upon arrival at the Athens Intl. airport and after the immigration formalities you meet our local driver. Transfer to a pre-booked hotel. Check-in hotel and spend the day at leisure. Seek out hidden gems like Byron’s Grotto, a secluded cave named after the literary figure who frequented the area. Nearby lies the famous Cinque Terre, comprised of five small towns, hence its name. Take in the green-hued mountains with shady, palm-fringed squares and pleasure boats bobbing in the bay of Corsica. On the northwest coast of the island is the glorious town of Calvi. One of the popular highlights of Calvi is its citadel, the magnificent, impregnable fortress towers above the red-tiled roofs below. Getting to the top of the citadel via its winding and cobbled lanes is definitely a great way to enjoy the best views of the village. You can also take a boat trip down the coast to the UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site of Scandola, a marine and land reserve.

The jewel in the heart of the spectacular Côte d’Azur, Saint-Tropez was a sleepy seaside village with a rich maritime history that achieved celebrity beginning in the 1960s. Explore the hexagon shaped Citadelle that once served as the defender of the gulf. The castle contains a maritime museum, and the grounds provide breathtaking views of the Côte d’Azur. La Musée de l’Annonciade is a real treat for art lovers and located just beyond the Quai de l’Epi pier. This 16th-century chapel features a small but powerful collection of paintings by Derain, Signac, and other artists.

Spend your day exploring glamorous and ultra-fashionable Cannes, with its majestic hotels, millionaires, movie stars, and mega-yachts in a gem-like setting along the sparkling Mediterranean. Stroll along the Royal Palm tree lined Boulevard de la Croisette where world-renowned designers cater to the rich and famous. Beyond Cannes, enjoy a picturesque drive outside the city along the famed Golden Corniche. The fiery colors of the rocks make for a striking contrast against the cobalt blue of the sea. Experience la vie en rose with a visit to the Maison des Vins, a modern cellar with hundreds of bottles on display.
The famous Cannes Film Festival will be going on while we are there. So, no telling who you might see. Try to get a photo on the famous steps.

The magic of the French Riviera comes alive in Menton. Bordering close to Italy, this village encompasses both cultures beautifully. Famous for its lemons, the groves dot Menton’s parks, hillsides and some streets. Stop in any of the local shops for lemon-scented and infused products. Take a stroll through the Old Quarter, where medieval structures remind you the city was founded by pirates. Steep steps lead up to Baroque architecture and grand villas, showcasing its rich history. With pebbly beaches closer to the French side and sandy shores closer to the Italian border, there are various waterfronts, such as Plage des Sablettes, Rondelli or Fossan.

Our highest priorities are compliance, environmental protection and the health, safety and well-being of our guests, crew and the communities we visit. We know cruising in times of Covid-19 and beyond will require adjustments in our regular procedures. Therefore, upon ongoing consultation with local, national and international government and health bodies, epidemiologist, as well as the industry collective association CLIA, we continue to implement new measures to ensure that you can cruise with us with peace of mind and confidence. We would like to highlight just some of the newest and most important measures that we will be implementing, in addition to any further protocols that may be recommended between now and the recommencement of cruise operations. Pre-booking and pre-travel health advice readily available to guests, crew, and travel advisors.
All guests will have to present a negative PCR test dating maximum 72 hours before embarkation.

All cancellations required in writing via email to info@nikoftimetravelagency.com and must be acknowledged in writing by Nik of Time Travel, LLC to be valid.
INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Travel Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We strongly recommend Travel Insurance for all travel. Travel Insurance offers protection for unforeseen trip cancellation. Accidents and illness prior to or during travel can affect not only your trip, but may result in high medical expenses and extra costs, as can weather and flight delays. Any such expenses and costs are the travelers responsibility, and they shall not be entitled to any refund from Nik of Time Travel of monies paid, for any unused or lost travel arrangements. Travel Insurance protects against such costs, subject to the insurer’s policy conditions. Some countries now require proof of adequate travel medical insurance before allowing entry. Nik of Time Travel and its subsidiaries will not be responsible for any loss or costs incurred for events that are beyond our control, and will apply any fees and charges in accordance with our Booking Conditions. We recommend Travel Insurance always; never travel without it!
Please Note: Additional Bio-Security requirements may be implemented by your destination (s) after the group has booked. Should we learn of any such requirements between now and the group’s departure we will inform you. Any extra costs associated will be passed on to the group and included in the final invoice.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 AND IMPACT ON TRAVEL
Please be advised the travel Itinerary included on this document is for travel with COVID-19 being a known global risk.
This travel group should be aware that COVID-19 and the health and security measures around COVID-19 may impact elements of your trip and influence the operation of some travel services. The country you and your group reside in, the country or countries you are traveling to or via, and the airline(s) you are traveling on may all have strict requirements on travel to limit the spread of COVID-19.
These requirements may include but are not limited to:

We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents and tickets, joining and departure details, supplier addresses and phone contacts will be sent within 2 weeks of travel dates. Note: Entry to another country may be refused even if the required Information and Travel Documents are valid and complete.
PASSPORTS/VISAS:
A passport valid for six months beyond date of travel is required for entry into all countries. Visas may be required for certain countries; please inquire for details. Please check with your agent at time of booking if visas are still required for these or other countries. If you are not travelling on an American or Canadian passport, it is imperative that you also check visa requirements for all of the destinations you will be travelling to or transiting through. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documentation.
LIVING STANDARDS AND PRACTICES AT THE DESTINATION:
These may differ from those found in your country of Origin. The standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may also differ from those found in your country of origin.

RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS/OFFERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY:
We reserve the right to correct errors. All land, sea and event offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. In the event of a land, sea or event pricing error or ommission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing or make any and all corrections as neccessary.
OPERATOR'S RESPONSIBILITY:
Nik of Time Travel and/or its agents, act only as agents for the client in all matters pertaining to travel. They assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the Airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as members of the tours. Nik of Time Travel LLC or agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.
ANTICIPATED LOSS OF REVENUE: In event that this trip is canceled by Nik of Time Travel and/or its suppliers due to unforeseen circumstances, world events. etc, your refunds/transfers will be less Nik of Time Travel's Anticipated Loss of Revenue fee of $350.00 per person for time and services rendered.
